A man accused of being involved in dealing cannabis has been released on bail.
Solomon Skinner, 27, of Willsbridge Hill, Bristol, is said to have had a large amount of the drug when he was stopped in his car in Melksham in February. He is also accused of having cash which prosecutors say was the proceeds of criminal activity.
No charges were formally put to Skinner and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
He is accused of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, having criminal property and assaulting a police officer with intent to resist arrest.
The case was adjourned to Friday, December 20 and Skinner was released on bail to stay out of Wiltshire until then.
