A ST Laurence School governor from Staverton is enjoying her last days with a full head of hair before shaving it off for Dorothy House.
Sarah Richardson, 48, who works in IT at Bath Univer-sity, saw a colleague suffer with cancer and spend time at the hospice in Winsley.
She said: “Dorothy House is a really good charity and don’t get a lot of funding.
“Women seem less enthusiastic about doing head shaves, but I am not a hair and beauty type of person; I ride a motorbike.” Her hairdresser niece, Emily Cleverly, will do the shave at Staverton Club on October 31 at 2.30pm. Donate via www.justgiving.com/ sarah-richardson-head-shave
