Hhundreds of pupils from west Wiltshire were shown the risks of dangerous driving at a Safe Drive Stay Alive roadshow on Friday.
The youngsters, pupils from John of Gaunt and St Augustine’s College, heard from police and fire crews at Trowbridge Civic Centre. They saw graphic crash pictures and given safety advice aiming to stop them from being involved in tragedies.
Fire chief Simon Routh-Jones said: “This is a massively important issue. If the roadshow prevents one death it’s worth it.”
