Firefighters are currently working to free a woman who is trapped under a car in Trowbridge.
The incident happened at 12.44pm in Gloucester Road following a collision between a silver Jaguar and a blue Ford Focus.
The incident saw a wall knocked over and a man trapped under the Jaguar.
Police, fire and ambulance crews are currently at the scene with nearby roads closed off.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance have also landed nearby to take the man to hospital.
