British Transport Police held a drop-in surgery for commuters at Trowbridge Train Station on Wednesday evening.
PCSO Jon Gale listened to public’s concerns as they made their way home during the rush hour.
As well as discussing crime and disorder issues at stations across the South West, he also gave advice on reducing thefts on trains.
PCSO Gale said: “It is vital that local people who regularly use trains and stations are able to have their say on how they are policed.
“Issues raised will be fed into our regular tasking meetings which relate to safety and security at stations.”
Anyone wishing to raise any further points to PCSO Gale can call 0117 305 4030 or email jonathan.gale@btp.pnn.police.uk
