A hair-raising trek along the Kennet and Avon Canal by eight Wiltshire Council employees has raised more than £1,300 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The workmates completed the Dash for the Tache on Saturday, walking 32 miles from Bradford on Avon to Marlborough dressed at moustachioed 80s Magnum star Tom Selleck.
Organiser Rachel Farr said: “It took us over 12 hours to complete it – we’ve got lots of plans for future events, including one dressed up as the A Team.
“Donations are still coming in, but so far we’ve raised £1,310.”
