A broken down arctic lorry in Bratton Road, Westbury, caused a temporary road closure yesterday at 9.09pm, with the vehicle stopping across the roundabout connecting with Haynes Road.
The 40ft lorry was left stranded on the roundabout, causing traffic tailbacks, after its hydraulics failed, with police called to the scene to assist.
However, the driver managed to make a temporary fixture and get it moving without the use of the recovery services, with the roundabout clear at 10.19pm.
