A man who is accused of carrying out a series of assaults has been remanded in custody by a judge.
David Cook admitted assaulting three men, including a police officer and a pub landlord, in two incidents.
The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
They related to incidents involving PC Dave Hamley and Dominic Terry, which took place on Castle Street, Trowbridge, on Monday March 4.
Cook pleaded not guilty to having an offensive weapon, which was a broken bottle, and prosecutors said they would not seek a trial on that matter.
He also admitted a charge of actual bodily harm on Oliver Thomas, landlord of the John Bull at Studley Green, in the early hours of Saturday June 29.
Cook, of Aldebourgh Place, Trowbridge, pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault, one of actual bodily harm and possession of cannabis in June.
David Maunder, defending, asked for the case to be adjourned for six weeks so they could get a psychiatric report as well as a pre-sentence report.
Judge Euan Ambrose put the case off to Friday September 20 and remanded Cook in custody until then.
