Wiltshire Council made £4.9m in profit from their car parks during 2011/12 according to figures released by the RAC Foundation yesterday.
They are ranked 23rd out of more than 350 local authorities in the country for making profit.
The figures show that Wiltshire Council’s car parking profit has increased over the last three financial years.
In 2011/12, Wiltshire Council’s total income from their car parks was £7.6m.
