A Trowbridge couple who were due to enter their pleas to drugs charges at Swindon Crown Court had their case adjourned after they lost their car keys on a dog walk.
Jack Isaacs and Zoe Bell had gone to Savernake Forest, near Marlborough, last Friday to exercise their pet when they became stranded after losing the keys.
As a consequence the pair, who both live at The Manor, on Frome Road, Trowbridge, did not make it to court, and after hearing the excuse Judge Douglas Field issued warrants with bail to secure their attendance.
Isaacs, 29, and Bell, 24, are accused of possessing heroin with intent to supply on Wednesday September 26 last year.
No charges have formally been put to the pair and they have yet to enter any pleas to the allegations.
