Paul Naylor, 55, of Yeoman Way, Trowbridge pleaded guilty to failing to notify Wiltshire Council about a change in his conditions when he appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Between August 3, 2009, and October 24, 2011 didn’t tell the council that he was employed and received £3,440.20 in council tax benefit.

He was ordered to pay back the overpayment, fined £400, ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge as well as £150 in costs.
