Westbury furniture specialist Theraposture Ltd has unveiled its new modular care cot that will benefit children with disabilities.

The Mascot Mark II, which is recommended by healthcare professionals, was showcased at Kidz South 2013 exhibition in Reading last month.

Family business Theraposture Ltd has its offices in Northacre Industrial Park, in Kingdom Avenue, and has been producing handmade adjustable furniture including beds and chairs since 1981.

Sales director Liam Braddell said: “The Mascot provides the best cost effective solution for families as its pioneering flexibility means further cots do not need to be purchased when the user needs a change.”

The Mascot Mark II is designed to be easy to use and caters for growing children.

The company also presented its Olaf cot and low-access profile bed at the Kidz South show .

Mr Braddell said: “We are long-term supporters of the Kidz events and the southern show was once again a big success for Theraposture.”

The products will be on display at the Kidz North 2013 exhibition taking place in Manchester on November 21.
