The two bus services which run from Bath through Corsham and Box have been combined, meaning the town will be served by a single, regular service.
First Bus has announced they are withdrawing the 232 from Bath to Chippenham, and amending the route of the 231 from next Sunday (July 28).
The bus will now stop every 30 minutes through the day at Valley Road and Kings Avenue, with Pickwick Road and Cross Keys Road no longer served.
The revised service has also been extended on Sundays and public holidays in Chippenham, stopping beyond the railway station at Pewsham Estate.
