Year 11 pupils at St Laurence School, Bradford on Avon, organised their own end-of-year ball and made sure their year ended on a high.
They arrived at Cumberwell Park, Bradford on Avon, in an array of vehicles, from vintage to modern day. All were greeted by staff waiting on the steps.
Golf buggies, camper vans, Land Rovers and motorbikes proved popular, but one group of girls arriving on 1949 Bedford breakdown truck stole the show.
The students hosted an annual awards ceremony, with winners voted for by themselves.
Categories included best smile and best hair.
Assistant headteacher Sue Cooper said: “The Year 11 Ball is a highlight for both students and staff and it was a pleasure to be part of it.
“It is lovely to see students mature and make this a truly memorable event, with all the effort they make.
“They had a wonderful evening and were a real credit.
“Even though the majority will be returning to the school next year, I wish them all luck in their next steps.”
