A man who is accused of brandishing a knife in a public place has been released on bail by a judge.
Michael Brown is said to have had the bladed article close to his home at St Michael's Court in Canon Square, Melksham, on Saturday May 25.
No charges were formally put to the 60-year-old and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon crown court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday September 13 and released Brown on conditional bail until then.
