COOK Lester 'Les' Passed away peacefully at the RUH in Bath on Saturday March 13th 2021, aged 87. Lester was a respected member of the Institute of Chartered Mechanical Engineers for over 50 years. During the 1960's Les came to a faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He joined North Bradley Baptist Church and became a deacon and trustee. In later years he joined the fellowship at Zion Baptist Church. Les was a talented sportsman and played at county level at both Football and Cricket and took up organisational roles at Bath Rugby. Les is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Margaret, along with children; Peter and Linda, five Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren.
