HOOPER Patricia (PAT) Passed away peacefully at the R.U.H on11th October 2019 aged 88 years. Much loved partner of John, Dearly loved Mum of Richard, Janice and Jenny. Gran to seven, Great Gran to Sixteen and Great Great Gran to one. Pat will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Friday 1st November at 1.00pm. Family flowers only.
