WESTLAKE Keith George Sadly passed away at Dorothy House Hospice on 11th October 2019, aged 73. Dearly loved husband to Sue, father to David, Tracey and Kirsty, grandfather to Liam, Kyra and Morgan. Funeral Service will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington at 11.30am on Tuesday 29th October 2019. The family request that you wear something blue.
