MAY Paula Ann Passed away suddenly at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, on Sunday 22nd September 2019. Dearly loved mother of Jack. Will be sadly missed by Jack and family, Keith, Emma, Jessica and Jonathan. Funeral service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Friday 11th October 2019 at 1pm.
