PHELPS Rhys Passed away peacefully on Thursday 20th June 2019. He will be sorely missed by his wife, Marilyn, his brother, David and his friends. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Friday 12th July 2019 at 1.45pm to which all welcome. Family flowers only.
