Matthews David Charles Sadly passed away at Bath Royal United Hospital on Thursday 10th January 2019, aged 77 years. Funeral Service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Thursday 24th January at 11.30am. Donations in David's Memory will be given to Palliative Care Team at Bath RUH / cheques made payable to RUH Charity Funds Palliative Care c/o Elizabeth Snell and Family, 44b Castle Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8AY
