HOLMES AMANDA Passed away peacefully on 12th December 2018 at The Royal United Hospital, Bath, aged 55 years. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 3rd January 2019 at St Peter's Church, Monkton Farleigh at 11-30am. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired can be made in memory of Amanda to BBC Children In Need and M.I.N.D c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 1NB.
