HARDWICK Clive Leslie Passed away peacefully at Dorothy House Hospice on Saturday 10th November 2018, aged 63 years. Beloved husband of Debbie. Dearly loved dad to Rachael, Stephen, Danny and Sophie. Also, a much loved grandad who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 26th November 2018 at 3.15pm. Family flowers only.
