HOLMES Samuel James 'Sam' Passed away at Dorothy House on 15th July 2018, aged 37 years. Much loved husband of Clare, son of Mike and Amanda, a dear brother and grandson. Will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St Peter's Church, Monkton Farleigh on Friday 3rd August at 1pm. Donations, if desired, will be given to Dorothy House c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors, 2 The Bull Pit, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1NB.
