COOK Susan (nee Escott) 28th August 1964 - 17th May 2018 Sadly passed away aged 53. Service at Semington Crematorium on Wednesday 20th June at 11.30am. All donations will go to Prospect House Hospice, Wroughton. Civil Remembrant Robert Rowe will be able to deal with any donations tel: 07877376325. Our families are respecting Susan's request for no black dress and no flowers. We are inviting everyone to do the same.
