BALLINGER David Dearly loved husband to Joyce, father and father-in-law to Claire & Chris and Neil & Julie and grandad to Amy and Phoebe. Passed away peacefully at Dorothy House on Thursday 29th March, the day after his 85th birthday. Funeral will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Thursday 19th April 2018, 2.30pm.
