SMALES Dr. Keith Anthony Former GP at Lovemead Group Practice Passed away peacefully at home on Monday 5th March 2018, aged 71 years. Beloved Husband of Ann. Much loved Dad to Nicola and John. Dearly loved Grandpa to Charlotte, Oliver, Henry and Aurelie. He will also be sadly missed by all of his many friends. A service of thanksgiving will take place at St. James' Church, Trowbridge on Friday 16th March 2018, at 12.30pm. Family flowers only.
