PHELPS Jean Dorothy of Bradford on Avon, sadly and unexpectedly passed away at Avon Court Nursing Home, Chippenham on 23rd April 2017, aged 88 years after a short stay in RUH following a fall at home. Will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Friday 12th May 2017 at West Wiltshire Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, can be made in memory of Jean to Dorothy House Hospice c/o C.S.Bowyer Funeral Directors, 2 The Bullpit, Bradford on Avon BA15 1NB
