MEADEN Patricia 'Pat' Passed away at the RUH Bath on 29th March, after a short illness, aged 66 years. Dearly loved wife to Robert, mother to Helen and David, nan to Jodi, Thomas, Leon and Emily. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Thursday 13th April at 12.15pm, followed by The Farmhouse, Southwick. Family flowers only. Donations to Dorothy House Hospice and Intensive Care Unit at the RUH.
