SMART Philip 'Sam' Passed away peacefully at Westbury Court Care Home on 23rd February 2017, aged 83 years. Much loved husband, dad, gramp and great gramp. Funeral service to be held at St Nicholas Church, North Bradley on Monday 20th March 2017 at 11.45am. Followed by committal at West Wiltshire Crematorium (family members only). Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Westbury Court Care Home and Alzheimer's Support c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors, 23 Maristow Street, Westbury, Wiltshire BA13 3DN. Tel: 01373 864833
