BAKER Philip Of Bradford on Avon, sadly passed away, aged 65 years, on 16th November 2016 at Dorothy House Hospice, following a short illness. A much loved husband to Wendy, dad to Amy and Lucy, father-in-law to Adam and Sean and a adored Pappy to Isabella, Charlie and Freddie. Funeral to be held at St Mary the Virgin Church, Steeple Ashton on Thursday 1st December at 2pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Philip will be given to Wiltshire Air Ambulance c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors, 2 The Bull Pit, Bradford on Avon BA15 1NB.
