MARTIN Donna Susan Passed away peacefully on the 9th November 2016 at The Royal United Hospital, Bath, aged 69. Will be sadly missed by daughters Louise, Joanna, Sara and Julie and grandson Thomas. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 28th November at 1.45pm.
