Notice By Administratrix Under section 27 Trustee Act, 1925

Re: the estate of Kathleen Ida Bellamy (deceased)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given that all creditors or others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Kathleen Ida Bellamy late of 39 The Ridgeway Warminster Wiltshire BA12 9NQ who died on 19th October 2011 and a Grant of Letters of Administration to whose Estate was issued out of the Bristol District Probate Registry on 27th June 2012 to Anne Kay Penegelly as sole Administratrix thereof are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitor on or before 30th September 2012 after which date the said Administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims of which she then has had notice and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she then has not had notice.
