Application For premises licence Under section 17 oF the Act

By: Mr David Brierley For: Chantry Court, Chantry Lane, Westbury, Wiltshire Ba13 3Fe. Proposed Licensable activities: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises between the hours of: 12.00 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday.

Provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of entertainment facilities: 12.00 - 22.30 Monday to Sunday.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the environmental Health Licensing Section, Bradley Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire Ba14 0RD. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be made in writing to the licensing authority detailed above by - 1st November 2011.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000
