Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

We, Booker Limited, of Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT apply for a variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Booker Cash and Carry, Kennet Way, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8RN to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

To vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off of the premises as follows:

Monday-Saturday: 07:00-23:00
Sunday: 07:00-22:30

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team at Wiltshire Council, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3UZ or via email to publicprotectionnorfh@wiltshire.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 30 August 2016. The application may be viewed during opening hours at Wiltshire Council's Offices or at www.wiltshire.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
