Licensing Act 2003

Three Daggers (Operating) Ltd is applying for the grant of a Variation of a Premises Licence for the Three Daggers public house, 47 Westbury Road, Edington, Wiltshire, BA13 4PG.

The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises (between 10:00 and 01:00 daily) with pub opening times for the public between 08:00 and 01:30 daily.
Addition of three licenced areas outdoors serving between 10:00 and 21:30 primarily in spring and summer (with 6 annual exceptions whereby the hours will be 10:00 to 23:00).

Representation maybe madeup to28 daysfrom the date of this Notice.

A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed byprior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
