LICENSING ACT 2003

Powwow Productions Limited are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Grange Farm Bratton Road West Ashton Trowbridge BA14 6AX. The licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 14.00hrs until 03.00hrs on Friday 26th August 2016, and from 11.00hrs to 04.00hrs on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August 2016.

Provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar) from 16.00hrs until 03.00hrs on Friday 26th August and 12.00hrs to 04.00hrs on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August 2016.

Provision of late night refreshment, from 23.00hrs until 05.00hrs on Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August 2016.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER.

Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER. 

The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Leve 5 fine on the standard scale.
