Third State Pizza Company Ltd - Premises Licence

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 LICENCE APPLICATION

An application has been made by Third State Pizza Company Ltd to the Licencing Authority for Wiltshire Council for the grant of a premises licence for Domino's Pizza, Unit 3, Elmcross Shopping Centre, Bradford Upon Avon, BA15 2AZ.

It is proposed that the following licensable activities will be carried on or from the premises: to provide late night refreshment 09:00am to 23:30pm hours Monday to Sunday, with the exception of Christmas Day. We also request an additional hour on the morning that British summer time commences.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN, no later than 1st March 2016.

The application can be viewed, by appointment, at the offices of the Licencing Authority at Licensing Team, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) 01249 706435 during normal office hours.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 under section 158 of the licencing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
