NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Courthouse, 2 Castle Street, Trowbridge Wiltshire BA14 8AN. The variation proposed is as follows:-

Application is made to amend the Licensing hours to 10:00 to 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and to 10:00 to 00:30 on Friday and Saturday to 00:30 on Friday and Saturday

Application is also made to remove those conditions requiring door staff and to need / safety glass. The proposals for the premises are to become a more food led establishment.

Application is also made to amend the plan attached to the Premises Licence in accordance with drawing number 1714-60 revision A dated October 2015 which accompanies this application.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham SN15 1ER during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Wiltshire Council on 3 December 2015 and any representations must be made in writing to Wiltshire Council at the above address by 31 December 2015.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an Application and the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
