Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Toby Carvery, (Former Peter Black Toiletries Factory Site), Cradle Bridge, County Way, Trowbridge, BA14 8BB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are recorded music; late night refreshment and supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00.

The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Sunday 07:00 until 00:30.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Officer,Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER no later than 13 November 2015 stating the grounds for representa-tion. The register of Wiltshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.wiltshire.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
