PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Wiltshire Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 14 August 2015.

Applicant: W S Retail Limited.
Address of premises: Central Stores, Melbourne Street, Bratton, Westbury, BA13 4RW.
Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - alcohol sales 05.30 to 23.00.

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: 'Wiltshire Council, Licensing Team, Public Protection Services & Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wilts, SNI5 IER.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address' within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the II September 2015.
