Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Land off Bradley Road, Southwick, Trowbridge, Wiltshire (OS 384580, 155230).

I give notice that Wessex Solar Energy is applying to the Wiltshire Council for planning permission to install a solar photovoltaic electricity generation facility.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN by 25th May 2015.

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of winning or working minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oils, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised on the land.

Statement of owners rights

The grant of planning permission does not affect the owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

Statement of agricultural tenant's rights

The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect the agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
