Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed Development at Ashton Park, Trowbridge

Pegasus Group give notice that Ashton Park Trowbridge Ltd & Persimmon Homes Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for a mixed use development comprising residential (up to 2,500 dwellings - Classes C2 & C3), Employment (Classes B1, B2 & B8), 2no. Local Centres (Classes A1-A5, D1, C2 & C3), 2no. Primary Schools, Secondary School, Ecological Visitor Facility, Public Open Space, landscaping with associated highway works and Yarnbrook and West Ashton Relief Road.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Wiltshire Council, Development Services, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN by 15^th May 2015.
