LICENSING ACT 2OO3

Mr Ryan Allcott and Mr Jack Clink are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Grange Farm, Bratton Road, West Ashton, Trowbridge BA14 6AX

The licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 13.00hrs until 04.00hrs, provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar) from13.00hrs until 02.00hrs, and the provision of late night refreshment, from 23.00hrs until 05.00 hrs.

All activities to commence on Saturday 12^thSeptember 2015 and will terminate on Sunday 13^thSeptember 2015.

Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
