PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Wiltshire Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 30th March 2015.

Applicant: WS Retail Limited.
Address of premises: Central Stores, The Bear Garage, Bath Road, Atworth, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 8HN.
Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol and submit modified plans. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales -Every Day: 05.30 to 23.00.

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspect­ed is: 'Public Protection Services & Licensing Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham SN15 1ER. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 27th April 2015.
