PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Wiltshire Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 20th February 2015.

Applicant: St Albans Operating Company Ltd.
Address of premises: Costcutter Express, Bradford on Avon Service Station, 47 Woolley Street, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1AF.
Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 20th March 2015. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
