Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Unit 3, St Stephen's Place Leisure Park, Trowbridge, BA14 8AH.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of recorded music between the hours of 10.00 and 00.00 Monday to Saturday, 10.00 to 23.30 Sunday. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of
23.00 and 00.00 Monday to Saturday, 23.00 to 23.30 Sunday and the supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 and 00.00 Monday to Saturday, 10.00 to 23.30 Sunday. The op'ening hours at the premises will be 10.00 to 00.30 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 00.00 Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Officer, Public Protection Services and Licensing Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER no later than 4th March 2015 stating the grounds for representation. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council Licensing Section Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
