Licensing Act 2003

Mr Simon Wong is applying for the grant of a Premises License for China Garden, 18 Newtown, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0BA.

The License, if granted, is to enable the Following Activities to take Place:
Provision of Late Night Refreshment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
