Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Trowbridge Oaks Residential and Nursing Home West Ashton Road Trowbridge Wiltshire BA14 6DW formerly of 23 West End Melksham Wiltshire SN12 6HJ, who died on 22/07/2014, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 20/02/2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
