Proposal to make changes to the reserved provision for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) at The Manor CofE VC Primary School (Academy)

Notice is given that the Governing Body of Manor Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) Primary School intends to make a significant change to Manor Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) Primary School, Ruskin Avenue, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 7NG from 31 August 2015.

The proposal is to remove the reserved provision for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) at the school, the Resource Base the school hosts on behalf of Wiltshire Council. The school intends to continue to meetthe needs of children with special educational needs where appropriately placed within the mainstreams school.

The school currently makes provision for the following special educational needs: complex/profound Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social and Communication Difficulties.
